Job summary

SLR Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Commercial and Project Management team in Bolton or Stoke. You will lead end-to-end project delivery across renewable energy, major infrastructure and development projects.

You will manage budgets, programmes, risk, and change while coordinating internal teams and external contractors, producing client reports and cost forecasts, and supporting new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• A degree in a related discipline.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with construction contractors and managing delivery.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
• APM, CEng, NEC or similar qualification (or working towards).
• A driving licence that permits you to legally drive in the UK is required for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Leading project delivery from tender through to completion.
• Managing budgets, programmes, risk and change control.
• Coordinating internal teams and external contractors.
• Producing client reports, cost forecasts and payment assessments.
• Supporting client relationships and contributing to new opportunities.
• Undertaking occasional site visits to ensure quality, compliance and HSE standards.
