Job summary

Rullion Ltd is recruiting a Sustainability Manager to work near Whitehaven in the UK on a permanent basis. You will develop energy management and carbon reduction plans, ensure ISO 50001 compliance, and support client sustainability objectives across project and design teams.

Role includes guiding bid teams, exploring sustainable innovations, and contributing to overall sustainability strategy within the business. UK work eligibility and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience of sustainability issues in construction.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK and able to obtain Security Clearance.
• Experience in Nuclear industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop project specific sustainability management plans aligned to client strategy.
• Liaise with project site teams and supply chain to meet sustainability objectives.
• Develop communication tools for sustainability information and performance.
• Assist in data collection and reporting for energy and GHG emission reporting.
• Identify opportunities to deliver value through sustainable practices.
• Support designers/engineers in using sustainable materials and step-change improvements.
• Capture best practices and produce case studies to share knowledge.
• Engage with client procurement to drive continuous improvement.
• Report monthly on project and business sustainability performance.
• Identify opportunities for personal development to support projects.
• Contribute to winning work through PQQs, tenders, interviews.
