Job summary

LCK Academy in Harrow, London, seeks a Sustainability Lecturer and Module Leader to deliver high-quality teaching across Sustainability and related modules, while leading designated modules and contributing to curriculum development. The role supports student success in a dynamic HE environment.

The successful candidate will hold a Master’s in a relevant field, have HE teaching experience, and be committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion. Pro rata for part-time, with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Sustainability, Environmental Management, ESG, CSR or closely related discipline.
• Experience teaching in UK Higher Education or Further Education.
• Experience leading or coordinating academic modules.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable business strategy, ESG, CSR, UN SDGs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver teaching across Sustainability and related Business and Management modules at Levels 3–6.
• Lead designated modules including planning, delivery, assessment, moderation and annual evaluation.
• Develop high-quality learning materials reflecting developments in sustainability, ESG and responsible leadership.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to support student achievement and progression.
• Act as a Personal Tutor, providing academic guidance and pastoral support.
• Monitor student engagement and performance, implementing interventions where appropriate.
• Contribute to curriculum development, programme enhancement and validation activities.
• Maintain subject expertise through scholarly activity and continuing professional development.
