Job summary

Sizewell C seeks an Environmental Sustainability Manager to lead the development and delivery of its Environmental Sustainability strategy across the project. You will influence senior stakeholders and translate ambitious goals into practical, measurable outcomes.

You will provide technical leadership across carbon, circular economy, water, responsible sourcing, and BREEAM Infrastructure certification, while shaping business decisions and embedding sustainability throughout the programme.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable leadership experience with high-performing teams.
• Extensive experience in major infrastructure/construction projects.
• Deep technical expertise across environmental disciplines including carbon and sustainability.
• Ability to influence senior executives and regulators with credible strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of Sizewell C Environmental Sustainability strategy.
• Drive sustainability performance across the project and translate goals into measurable results.
• Provide technical leadership across carbon, circular economy, water, and procurement.
• Manage sustainability programmes from inception to delivery.
• Influence senior leaders, regulators, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Lead a growing team of sustainability professionals.
