Elliott Wood Partnership invites applications for its Graduate Programme 2027 in Sustainability Consulting. London-based, hybrid working, you will join a team shaping climate-aware buildings and masterplans from day one, with real project exposure and professional development opportunities.

You’ll work with experienced sustainability consultants, gain exposure to energy, embodied carbon, materials and circular design, and progress toward professional accreditation through the Graduate Academy.

Qualifications

• 2:1 or above in a relevant sustainability or built environment degree.
• Interest in how the built environment can positively impact people and the planet.
• Enquiring mind and willingness to ask questions, challenge ideas and learn.
• Ability to research, analyse and solve problems, and communicate ideas in writing, drawings, presentations or conversation.
• A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for working across disciplines.
• The drive to develop technical and professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Support sustainability assessments and strategies.
• Embed sustainability into projects from the start across energy, carbon, materials and design.
• Contribute to reports, presentations and project meetings.
• Visit sites to understand how sustainability strategies are delivered.
• Develop technical knowledge and pursue relevant professional accreditation.
