The British Heart Foundation is seeking a Sales Assistant for our busy clothing store in Liskeard. This part-time role covers 14 hours a week on a 9-month fixed term contract, with weekend and bank holiday shifts on a rota.

You’ll engage customers, merchandise donated stock, and work with our E‑Commerce team to maximise online sales. The role involves lifting donations and providing first-class service in a fast-paced charity shop environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience isn’t essential.
• What counts is passion, energy and customer service focus.
• Teamwork and ability to guide volunteers on the shop floor.
