Apex Group is hiring a Sustainability Data Specialist for Holtara to reimagine how ESG data is explored and communicated. This hands-on, client-facing role sits in our Product team, combining analytical thinking, product development and AI-assisted building to deliver useful solutions.

You will work directly with clients to understand challenges, build interactive reports or dashboards, test ideas, and turn prototypes into production-ready products.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience with sustainability or ESG data, in consultancy, data providers, financial services or software.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted tools to create digital or analytical solutions.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to explain what evidence shows or does not support.
• Confidence working with clients, understanding priorities and communicating ideas clearly.
• An eye for making complex data understandable and impactful; hands-on problem solving matters.

Responsabilités

• Understand client and user needs; lead focused client conversations and turn challenges into clear priorities.
• Build interactive dashboards, visualizations and reporting experiences using AI-assisted development and analytics tools.
• Turn prototypes into production-ready solutions with clear documentation and ongoing ownership.
• Investigate data quality, calculations and assumptions, ensuring outputs are methodologically sound.
• Keep improving products based on feedback and live usage.
