Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Sustainability Data Specialist for Holtara. You will work in a client-facing capacity within the Product team to reimagine how ESG data is explored, understood and communicated. You’ll combine analytics and AI-assisted building to create reliable, user-friendly solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of client-facing work with sustainability/ESG data.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools to create digital or analytical solutions.
• Strong analytical judgement enabling deep data questioning and explanation of evidence.

Responsibilities

• Understand client and user needs and translate them into priorities.
• Lead focused client conversations and align requests with feasible solutions.
• Use AI-assisted development to build interactive dashboards, visualizations and reports.
• Connect solutions to client data and establish operational ownership and documentation.
• Ensure outputs are methodologically sound through data quality checks with sustainability specialists.
• Continuously improve products based on live feedback and usage.
