Job summary

Red Bull is seeking a Sustainability Data Analyst to own and govern data across the UK business, including carbon, packaging and compliance. You will source, clean and structure data from multiple systems and internal teams to enable reporting and audit readiness.

You'll build repeatable processes to reduce manual work, improve data quality and support Net Zero planning. The role involves analysing large datasets to uncover trends and enable data-driven decisions across Procurement, Supply Chain

Qualifications

• Experience in a data-focused role
• Strong understanding of how data moves through systems and processes
• Confident working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources
• Able to spot inconsistencies, challenge assumptions and improve data quality
• Experience in sustainability, carbon, environmental reporting or compliance is beneficial
• Advanced Excel skills and strong technical data capability
• Able to clean, validate and structure data accurately
• Proven experience using SQL, Python or another programming language to transform, automate and analyse data
• Experience building and maintaining Power BI reports from scratch, or using similar reporting and visualisation tools
• Able to create and maintain clear documentation of methodologies, assumptions and calculations
• Curious, analytical and comfortable getting into the detail
• Organised, accurate and confident owning complex problems
• Proactive in questioning inputs and improving processes
• Able to balance accuracy with pragmatism
• Clear communicator who works well across teams

Responsibilities

• Own sustainability data across the UK business, covering carbon, packaging, compliance and wider environmental reporting.
• Source, clean, structure and maintain data from multiple systems, suppliers and internal teams.
• Build repeatable data processes to reduce manual work and improve confidence in numbers.
• Measure, track and understand performance across the business using sustainability data.
• Support Net Zero planning and sustainability reporting across requests and submissions.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance and other teams to ensure data ownership and governance.
