Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Sustainability Analyst to join our Climate team within Tesco's Quality function. You will use data-driven insights to shape our sustainability strategy, build robust business cases, and support key decision-making across the business.

You will own reporting processes, engage suppliers, collaborate with teams, and promote sustainability agendas, with focus on data governance and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and generating actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to build and manage stakeholder and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting process and drive continual improvement, collecting quarterly emissions data and presenting insights to teams.
• Participate in the annual assurance process.
• Provide data for sustainability KPIs, CDP rankings, press, and NGO inquiries.
• Lead processing of supplier payments for the Climate workstream.
• Engage suppliers on data collection in annual engagement campaign.
• Engage the wider group sustainability team and collaborate on climate projects.
• Build relationships across the business and promote sustainability agendas.
