Job summary

Apex Group's Holtara arm is seeking a Sustainability Data Specialist to join the Product team in London. You will work directly with clients to understand their ESG data challenges, design solutions, and help turn insights into practical tools.

You'll combine analytical thinking with AI-assisted development to build interactive dashboards and reports, ensuring data quality and clear documentation, while collaborating with sustainability consultants, product managers and engineers.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of client-facing work with ESG data.
• Hands-on experience with sustainability datasets.
• Proficient in using AI-assisted tools to build digital solutions.
• Strong analytical judgement and data-driven communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead client conversations to identify priorities and translate needs into clear requirements.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reporting experiences using AI-assisted tooling.
• Connect prototypes to client data and document ownership for ongoing support.
• Ensure data quality, transparent calculations, and sound methodology.
• Iterate based on live feedback to improve usefulness and reliability.
