Job summary

Ecotricity is seeking an Environmental Data Coordinator to drive sustainability data management, analysis, and reporting across diverse operations. The role supports environmental targets and carbon reduction initiatives with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.

You will coordinate data from multiple business units, deliver insightful dashboards, and assist with audits and policy development to advance our Green Britain agenda. Hybrid working and office presence required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numeracy skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient IT skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, capable of working under pressure with multiple deadlines.
• Driving license required due to visiting other locations for Green Britain group.
• Experience in carbon accounting.
• Experience with ISO14001.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, analyse, and report sustainability data across multiple businesses to support targets and compliance.
• Coordinate, consolidate, and QA data from internal stakeholders for timely reporting.
• Analyse environmental trends and produce dashboards and reports to support emissions reduction programs.
• Support Scope 3 emissions reduction data collection and performance tracking.
• Maintain sustainability documentation and management systems for compliance.
• Assist with ISO 14001 audits and continuous EMS improvement.
• Develop and review sustainability policies and initiatives to improve environmental performance.
• Provide training and guidance on sustainability practices and awareness across teams.
