Coty SA is offering a 13-month internship in sustainability and responsible marketing, based in Wimbledon, London. The role spans internal and external communications, content creation, and stakeholder engagement across global teams.

You will help shape Coty's sustainability storytelling, support policy toolkits, and deliver campaigns tied to major events. A degree in sustainability, communications, or related field is preferred, with strong social media and Canva proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in sustainability, communications, international relations, business, or a related discipline preferred.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in sustainability and responsible marketing through study, work experience, or extracurricular activities.
• Strong interest in social media and digital storytelling, with an understanding of credible corporate brand presence online.
• Experience using Canva or similar design tools is essential.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support communications work (e.g. research, drafting, ideation).
• Previous experience in a business environment is preferred, multinational exposure a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support development of Coty's annual sustainability report, including storytelling, communications, and coordination.
• Contribute to Coty's Responsible Marketing work, including support for policies, toolkits, training materials, and internal guidance.
• Deliver internal and external sustainability and corporate campaigns for key moments such as International Women's Day and Earth Day.
• Create content across formats, including social media, presentations, press materials, internal communications, and short-form video.
• Monitor external news, policy developments, and geopolitical trends to identify reputational risks and opportunities.
