Job summary

Based in Wimbledon, London, Coty UK&I offers a 13‑month Internship (Fixed Term) starting July 2027. The role supports corporate affairs, sustainability, and responsible marketing, with a global scope and exposure to social media channels.

You will assist with annual sustainability reporting, campaigns, content creation, and stakeholder engagement, while developing skills in digital storytelling, policy monitoring, and corporate communications within a multinational beauty company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in sustainability, communications, international relations, business preferred.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in sustainability and responsible marketing.
• Strong written communication and editorial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Support development of Coty’s annual sustainability report, including storytelling and coordination.
• Contribute to Responsible Marketing work, including policies, toolkits, and training materials.
• Deliver internal and external sustainability campaigns for key moments (e.g., International Women’s Day, Earth Day).
• Create content across formats: social media, presentations, press materials, internal comms, short-form video.
• Monitor news and policy developments to identify reputational risks and opportunities.
