Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media or related field.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and emerging formats.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Strong written communication and storytelling ability.

• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support creation and execution of global social media content plans.
• Coordinate assets across teams and markets.
• Assist in briefing, review and approval processes for social content.
• Monitor brand communities and consumer sentiment to identify opportunities.
• Support influencer coordination and asset management.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly social performance reports.
• Contribute to trend insights and culture conversations.
