Role and Responsibilities

1. Prepare, present, and deliver building performance appraisals focusing on energy, carbon, and comfort for existing and new-build properties.
2. Develop digital models and bespoke assessment tools to support sustainability initiatives.
3. Assist in producing technical briefing notes and reports.
4. Provide strategic advice on energy, carbon emissions, and comfort profiles of buildings.
5. Support project stakeholders with broader sustainability issues.

Skills and Experience Required

• Management/Leadership experience
• Ability to produce clear and concise verbal and written reports
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations Part L & Part O, planning policy, BREEAM, and experience using IESVE software
