• Ideally 2+ years' relevant professional experience in a construction, sustainability or BREEAM-focused role.
• Experience working on new construction projects.
• Confident chairing and running meetings with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organisation and project coordination skills.
• Good understanding of BREEAM assessment processes and requirements.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively as part of a project team.
