Job summary

Standard Life plc is seeking a Sustainability & Climate Reporting Specialist to help shape and deliver external disclosures. You will translate evolving requirements into robust disclosures and support processes across Finance and the wider business, including UK SRS commitments.

You will work with data owners, perform technical analyses and contribute to strengthening reporting controls while adapting to a rapidly changing external reporting landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of sustainability, climate or corporate reporting in financial services is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Good organisational and delivery skills with ability to meet reporting timetables.

Responsibilities

• Support the production of sustainability and climate disclosures for Standard Life and related entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
• Collaborate with data and disclosure owners across the business to gather and review information for sustainability reporting.
• Assist in implementing emerging reporting requirements (UK SRS) and document implications for disclosures, data and processes.
• Conduct technical research on sustainability reporting standards and translate requirements into actionable reporting steps.
• Support audit and assurance activities, maintaining evidence and documenting reporting judgements.
