Job summary

A leading cleaning services provider is looking for a Sustainability and Cleanliness Coordinator to oversee daily cleaning operations in Curdworth, England. This role combines supervising staff with hands-on cleaning duties, ensuring exceptional hygiene standards and sustainability goals are met. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in facilities services, a strong understanding of health and safety regulations, and excellent organizational skills. Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities services.
• Understanding of Health & Safety and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Cleaners across shifts.
• Plan daily deployment and rota coverage.
• Conduct cleaning tasks and uphold quality standards.
• Monitor stock levels and order cleaning materials.
• Conduct audits/inspections and record findings.
