Salary: Up to £60,000, depending on experience

They are seeking a Sustainability Analyst to help drive meaningful environmental and social impact across the business.

The Role:

As a key member of the sustainability team, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting sustainability-related data to inform business decisions and support ESG reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the company’s sustainability strategy and ensure they meet regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse environmental data, including energy consumption, carbon emissions, waste, and water usage.
• Contribute to sustainability disclosures, including ESG reports aligned with GRI, CDP, TCFD, or similar standards.
• Support internal reporting and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other analytics platforms.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop sustainability initiatives and track progress against KPIs.
• Monitor sustainability trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic planning.

Ideal Candidate:

• A degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in a sustainability analyst or ESG reporting role.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with key sustainability frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol, SBTi, CDP, GRI, TCFD).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
