Rullion Ltd in the UK is seeking a Sustainability Adviser to work with project teams, stakeholders and the supply chain on energy management and carbon reduction plans, ensuring ISO 50001 compliance and assisting the client’s Sustainability Plan across sites.

You will guide bid and operational teams, explore innovative sustainable practices, and help develop sustainability strategy within the business. A nuclear-sector background is preferred.

Formación

• Good knowledge of sustainability issues in construction.
• Preferably Degree level qualified; must be working towards ISEF membership.
• Experience of working within the Nuclear industry.
• Eligible to work in the UK and able to obtain Security Clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop project-specific sustainability management plans aligned to client strategy.
• Liaise with project site teams and supply chain to meet sustainability objectives within the timeframe.
• Develop communication tools (guidance, training materials, newsletters) about sustainability and performance.
• Assist in ISO 50001 commitments and data collection/reporting for energy and GHG reporting.
• Identify opportunities to deliver value and improve sustainability across projects.
• Support designers/engineers in using sustainable materials and methods.
• Capture best practices and produce case studies to share learnings.
• Engage with procurement to drive continuous improvement.
• Report monthly on project and business sustainability performance.
• Identify opportunities for personal skill development to support projects.
