Qualifications

• A passion for great food and collaboration with a likeminded team.
• Competent across all kitchen areas including prep and cleaning.
• Good working knowledge of fresh food and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a quick-service environment.
• Experience with inventory controls to track stock and minimise waste.
• Solid understanding of product specs to deliver high standards.
• Ability to roll sushi, work the pass and prep raw products safely.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, handover and close down workstations each shift.
• Roll sushi, work the pass, and prep raw products.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen in line with health and safety procedures.
• Keep informed about YO! updates via internal communications.
