YO! Sushi is seeking dynamic kitchen team members to join our fast-paced environment. You will be hands-on across sushi preparation, hot station work and food handling, ensuring high standards from prep to service.

Qualifications

• Must have a real passion for great food and be a foodie.
• Competent in all kitchen areas: food prep, cleaning standards and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate knowledge of fresh food and cooking techniques.
• Maintain kitchen safety and sanitation per Health & Safety procedures.
• Able to work to tight deadlines in a QSR environment.

Responsibilities

• Roll sushi and work the pass, hot section, and prep raw products.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment with food safety protocols.
• Assist with setup, handover and shutdown of workstations each shift.
• Keep up to date with product specs and YO! menu standards.
• Support the team and contribute to running a great YO! kitchen.
