Yo! invites you to roll with us as a kitchen team member across our fast-paced outlets. You’ll roll sushi, prep ingredients, work the pass, and ensure food safety while delivering high-quality dishes in a vibrant, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for great food and a real foodie who loves food and wants to work with like-minded people.
• Competent in all areas of the kitchen, including food preparation, maintaining cleaning standards and regulations.
• Demonstrate a good working knowledge of fresh food and cooking techniques.
• Able to work to tight deadlines in a QSR environment.
• Inventory controls to track stock levels and minimise waste.

Responsibilities

• Roll sushi, work the pass, and handle various kitchen stations.
• Maintain high food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Assist with setup, maintenance, handover and close down of workstations each shift.
• Follow product specs to deliver the menu to high standards.
