Job summary

Hana Group is seeking a proactive team member for a fast-paced kiosk role in the United Kingdom. Shifts start early, with responsibility to prepare fresh ingredients and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

You will lead a small team, ensure food safety compliance, and deliver excellent customer service while working both independently and as part of a team. Reliable transport and a willingness to rise early are required.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst leading by example

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the Kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations
• Ensuring the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for customers and staff
• Highly organised, with a focus on forward planning
• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
• Accurately labeling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift
• Be a skilled multitasker
• An early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
• Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered
