Qualifications

• Level 2 Food Safety certificate, HACCP, Allergens and COSHH are desirable although not essential as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team and build confidence and capability to succeed.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while leading by example.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site.
• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand and ensure proper portioning and allergen labeling.
