Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the Kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance.
• Ensure the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site.
• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift.
• Label products accurately, ensuring allergen compliance each shift.
• Be a skilled multitasker and willing to start shifts at 6am when required.
