Job summary

Hana Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an enthusiastic, flexible team member for our fast-paced kiosk operations, with early morning shifts. You will lead a small team, ensure food safety standards, and help deliver high-quality, sustainably produced food.

You will prepare fresh ingredients, label products correctly, maintain audit and cleanliness standards, and contribute to a positive, compliant service environment across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading people and building confidence in your team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.
• Pride in your work with a mindset of continual improvement.
• Good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the Kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations.
• Ensure the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site for customers and clients.
• Be highly organised with a focus on forward planning.
• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift.
• Accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen rules each shift.
• Be a skilled multitasker and adapt to early start times (6am) on some days.
• Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered.

• An early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
