Job summary

hana group in the United Kingdom is seeking enthusiastic team members to join our sushi production teams. We pride ourselves on people, fulfilling careers, and sustainable, ethically sourced products. This on-site role offers early morning shifts and opportunities across the UK and globally.

You will prepare fresh ingredients, label products to safety standards, and work as a reliable multitasker in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation for early-morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish.
• Accurately label products to ensure food safety and allergen compliance.
• Operate as a skilled multitasker in a fast-paced environment.
• Clean the workspace and storerooms as required.
• Be organized and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Support early-start shifts (6am on some days).
• Learn new skills and improve existing ones.

Job Description

If you are:

• Reliable transportation for your commute to work early in the morning

And able to:

• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
• Accurately labelling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.
• Be a skilled Multitasker in a fast-paced environment
• Able to clean the workspace and storerooms as required
• Be organised
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves.
• An early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
• Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered
