Panku Food in the United Kingdom is seeking a motivated kitchen team member to join our fast-paced YO! style operation in Leicester. You will roll sushi, work the pass, support the hot section, prep raw products, and maintain a clean, safe environment according to Food Safety standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for great food and teamwork.
• Competent in all kitchen areas, including prep, cleaning, and safety.
• Good working knowledge of fresh food and cooking techniques.
• Adherence to Health and Safety procedures.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a QSR environment.
• Inventory controls to track stock and minimise waste.
• Assist with setup, maintenance, handover and shutdown of workstations each shift.
• Fully aware of product specs to deliver the menu to high standards.
• Roll sushi, work the pass, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen.
