The Wonderfield Group is hiring for a full‑time kitchen role in Milton Keynes. You will handle sushi preparation, work the pass, and support the hot section while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for great food and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Competent in all kitchen areas: food prep, cleanliness, safety.
• Able to work under tight deadlines in a QSR environment.
• Strong knowledge of fresh food and cooking techniques.
• Adherence to Health & Safety procedures and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Roll sushi, work the pass, and support hot section.
• Prepare raw products and maintain a clean, safe kitchen.
• Record deliveries, wastage and temperature checks accurately.
• Maintain product specs and assist with station setup/handovers.
