Job Description:
? Location: Birmingham
? Full-time | National Role | Public Sector Focus
Are you ready to dive into a role that will fast-track your career in asset valuations?
We're looking for a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join a national Asset Valuation Services team that's making waves in the public sector. With a range of portfolios ranging from 10 to 1,000 properties, you'll be working on large-scale, high-impact projects for councils and public bodies across the UK.
Why This Role?
- Immediate Responsibility: You'll be working directly with clients (under supervision if needed) and gaining exposure to complex, high-value portfolios.
- Career Growth: This is a relatively new and fast growing sector. There's real momentum and opportunity here.
- Team Culture: This is a collaborative, tight-knit team where success is shared. No individual fee targets-just collective achievement.
- National Exposure: Expect to travel across the UK, with up to 3 weeks away during peak periods (6 months of the year).
- Supportive Environment: You'll be mentored by a Director based in Birmingham and supported by a national team. The structure is top-heavy, so you'll be a key addition with room to grow.
- Flexible Base: Ideally based in Birmingham to support the local Director.
What You'll Do

- Support lease consultancy and client-side lease advisory work
- Assist with audit-related valuation services
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to a national strategy and team development
- Monthly team lunches and annual strategy days
- Team tournaments and incentives
