The successful candidate will have a relevant technical qualification in Building, Surveying, Planning or a related discipline, or possess significant experience within the construction industry. They will be an effective communicator, confident engaging with colleagues and customers both face-to-face, over the telephone and in writing.

Strong organisational and time management skills are essential, with the ability to prioritise workloads, manage competing demands and consistently meet deadlines. The successful candidate will also have a sound understanding of current methods, standards and initiatives relating to the repair and refurbishment of residential properties, demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional development and confidently sharing technical knowledge and best practice with others.
