Job summary

Morgan Hunt Recruitment is seeking a Facilities Officer to support a Charity in Surrey on a permanent basis. The role involves ensuring safe, compliant facilities across houses, coordinating contractors, and supporting building maintenance programmes.

Ideal candidates will have facilities management experience, the ability to oversee inspections and repairs, and a clean driving licence. The post offers 37.5 hours per week with salary from £39,800 to £43,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management and property maintenance.
• Experience coordinating and monitoring contractors to ensure quality work.
• Experience conducting inspections and maintaining accurate records.
• Knowledge of building compliance, health and safety requirements.
• Clean driving licence with access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Support the PEM in day-to-day operation of houses and estate portfolio.
• Coordinate access and monitor third-party contractors.
• Oversee repairs from report to completion using maintenance tracker.
• Assist with annual maintenance programmes and safety compliance.
• Maintain safe standard of communal and external areas.
