Fortius Clinic seeks an exceptional Healthcare Leader to join the Surgical Services Leadership Team as Surgical Services Manager – Quality, Resuscitation & Enhanced Care Unit (ECU). The post holder will provide senior clinical leadership across the Operating Theatre Department and ECU, ensuring safe, high‑quality peri‑operative care.

You will lead quality governance, patient safety, risk management and education, collaborating with the directorate to shape service development, workforce planning

• Provide strategic clinical leadership across the Operating Theatre Department and Enhanced Care Unit (ECU).
• Lead governance, patient safety, risk management and quality assurance within peri-operative services.
• Oversee resuscitation training, emergency preparedness and adherence to national guidelines.
• Drive education, workforce development and competency across the ECU and related peri-operative pathways.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations to develop ECU/HDU service models and future expansion plans.
