KIMS Hospital in Maidstone invites applications for a Nursing Associate to join our Surgical Nursing Team. The role supports the day-to-day management of a busy day-case list from admission to discharge, with a 37.5-hour week across day/night shifts on a rota.

You will deliver compassionate, patient-centred care, maintain accurate records and collaborate with consultants and junior staff. A strong clinical ethos and commitment to CPD are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Associate with post-registration experience.
• Knowledge of clinical governance and CPD.
• Ability to build relationships with consultants, colleagues and patients.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning and delivering care based on patient needs.
• Maintaining accurate records of patient care.
• Supervising and directing junior staff within the team.
