Job summary

Surgical Medical Sales Representative, Territory Sales Manager position with Wallace Hind Selection LTD. You will drive new business in a South-West/West Midlands territory, while maintaining existing customers in an operating room environment. Full training and mentoring are provided.

The role offers £45,000–£50,000 basic salary with uncapped commission, a company car or fully-expensed option, pension, laptop/mobile, 27 days leave plus benefits, and flexible remote working.

BASIC SALARY

£45,000 - £50,000

• Surgical Medical Sales Representative, Territory Sales Manager, Medical Sales - Oncology Implants
• You will drive new business generation (80%) and develop existing customers (20%), in an established, high-potential territory.
• Your job will be highly consultative, based within an operating room environment.
• Preparation of quotations and demonstration of equipment.
• Full training, development and mentoring provided.
• You will also visit fairs and congresses, in order to maximise awareness of our extensive brand portfolio.
