Wallace Hind Selection LTD is recruiting a Surgical Medical Sales Representative to promote oncology implant products across a strategic UK territory. The role blends consultative sales inside operating-room environments with full training and a personalised development plan to accelerate progression.

You will drive new business and nurture existing accounts, supported by a formal training program and clear career progression pathways in a high-growth medical devices company.

Are you an ambitious medical or business graduate with some tangible medical sales experience? Or are you a Surgical Sales Representative seeking the opportunity to progress further? Either way, we offer full training, and a personalised development plan. You will be selling the best surgical oncology medical implant products in the market!

BASIC SALARY : £45,000 - £50,000

We are recruiting a talented and driven individual who possesses the capacity and winning potential to stand out from the crowd.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will drive new business generation (80%) and develop existing customers (20%), in an established, high-potential territory.
• Your job will be highly consultative, based within an operating room environment.
• Preparation of quotations and demonstration of equipment.
• Full training, development and mentoring provided.
• You will also visit fairs and congresses, in order to maximise awareness of our extensive brand portfolio.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• You will be an ambitious medical or business graduate with some surgical sales exposure, or an established medical or surgical sales representative.
• Knowledge of NHS purchasing and processes.
• A first-class networker, and relationship-builder.
• Seeking to progress your sales career in a top-flight company, and in an Oncology surgical hospital sales environment.
