Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a Surgical Medical Sales Representative to drive new business and cultivate existing customers across Scotland and Northern England. In a consultative operating room environment, you will promote oncology implants and demonstrate equipment, supported by full training.

You should be a motivated medical or business graduate with surgical sales exposure and knowledge of NHS purchasing.

Surgical Medical Sales Representative

Are you an ambitious medical or business graduate with some tangible medical sales experience? Or are you a Surgical Sales Representative seeking the opportunity to progress further? Either way, we offer full training, and a personalised development plan. You will be selling the best surgical oncology medical implant products in the market! Based in Scotland or the North of England.

BASIC SALARY:

BASIC SALARY: : £45,000 - £50,000

Surgical Medical Sales Representative, Territory Sales Manager, Medical Sales - Oncology Implants

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will drive new business generation (80%) and develop existing customers (20%), in an established, high-potential territory.
• Your job will be highly consultative, based within an operating room environment.
• Preparation of quotations and demonstration of equipment.
• Full training, development and mentoring provided.
• You will also visit fairs and congresses, in order to maximise awareness of our extensive brand portfolio.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• You will be an ambitious medical or business graduate with some surgical sales exposure, or an established medical or surgical sales representative.
• Knowledge of NHS purchasing and processes.
• A first-class networker, and relationship-builder.
• Seeking to progress your sales career in a top-flight company, and in an Oncology surgical hospital sales environment.
