Job summary

Qualifications

• Sales experience in medical devices and/or pharmaceutical environments.
• Consultative, B2B selling approach.
• Cross-functional and matrix working experience.
• Strong value-based selling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Understanding of cataract consumables, equipment and anatomy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own total Alcon sales performance in the territory and drive market share of IOL portfolio.
• Monitor consumables availability and support stock management.
• Lead initiation for equipment opportunities with product experts.
• Develop and execute cataract account plans.
• Provide end-to-end customer support and coordinate specialist roles.
• Engage in contract negotiations and event-driven demand generation.
