The role involves scheduling material orders, verifying rates against orders, and maintaining orderly records. A commitment to accuracy and smooth administration is essential, with a clear path for permanent employment and generous holiday and pension provisions.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C) or equivalent required.
• Experience or understanding of procurement processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day procurement and material planning for surfacing projects.
• Assist with booking material requirements and liaise with suppliers.
• Ensure order accuracy and update internal systems.
• Coordinate with the Senior Materials Planner and Buyer.
• Maintain documentation and assist with administration.
