Job summary
Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Surfacing Contracts Manager for Wiltshire to oversee asphalt surfacing contracts, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget and to high quality and safety standards.
The role involves coordinating with clients, subcontractors and site teams across the region, driving health and safety, quality and commercial performance. A Construction Management qualification and CSCS card are expected.
Qualifications
- Construction Management qualification required.
- CSCS card required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record managing contracts in surfacing or related field.
- Promotes Health & Safety at all times.
- Strong negotiation and commercial awareness.
Responsibilities
- Act as key point of contact between clients, subcontractors and site team.
- Manage asphalt surfacing contracts across Wiltshire/Midlands area.
- Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors on commercial control.
- Oversee operational staff and training needs.
- Carry out site inspections and audits.
- Lead Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality standards.
