Job summary

Up Front Recruitment is seeking a Contracts Manager for commercial and aviation surfacing projects based in Reading, England. The role involves managing contracts from inception to completion across the South of England, with occasional nationwide travel.

The successful candidate will oversee site teams, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure projects meet programme, cost and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in surfacing projects is essential.
• Experience in commercial or aviation surfacing is advantageous.
• Candidates with strong general surfacing background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage surfacing contracts from start to finish.
• Oversee commercial and aviation projects in the South of England.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitor programme, costs, resources and progress.
• Ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently.
• Liaise with customers and project stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Travel to sites for nationwide projects as required.
