Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Surfacing Contracts Manager for Wiltshire to oversee asphalt surfacing contracts, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget and to high quality and safety standards.

The role involves coordinating with clients, subcontractors and site teams across the region, driving health and safety, quality and commercial performance. A Construction Management qualification and CSCS card are expected.

• Act as key point of contact between clients, subcontractors and site team.
• Manage asphalt surfacing contracts across Wiltshire/Midlands area.
• Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors on commercial control.
• Oversee operational staff and training needs.
• Carry out site inspections and audits.
• Lead Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality standards.

The company offers a competitive Salary up to £65,000, Company Car, Private Medical, Life Assurance and a Bonus Scheme .The Surfacing Contracts Manager will be managing all aspects of asphalt surfacing contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Contracts Manager Job Overview
