Job summary

Custom Interconnect Ltd is seeking reliable individuals to join the Surface Mount team in Andover. The roles involve assembling electronic components using Surface Mount Technology, contributing to the production process, and leveraging transferable production experience.

Hours: 38.5 hours per week; Monday - Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00; Friday: 08:30 - 15:30. After training, you may stay on days or move to a twilight shift (13:00 - 23:00, Friday off).

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team & follow instructions.
• Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
• Previous use of hand tools, microscopes or machinery would be advantageous.
• Experience working in Electronics or an industry qualification is beneficial.

Responsibilities
