Job summary

UDirect Support are recruiting Personal Assistants to care for a 3-year-old boy with Cerebral Palsy and complex healthcare needs in his own home. You will join an established team delivering 24/7 support, including clinical care with training provided, and development activities such as local walks and outings.

We value carers who are patient, kind and willing to learn through mandatory training (face-to-face and e-learning).

Qualifications

• Experience providing personal care and support for children.
• Ability to learn new tasks and complete training.
• Enhanced DBS check required; costs covered by employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 care and support in the family home.
• Assist with personal care and emotional wellbeing.
• Support development activities and outings for the child.
• Ongoing and changing care needs.
