Bible Society is seeking a dedicated Supporter Services Administrator on an 18-month fixed term contract in Swindon, with hybrid working options.
You will enter new supporter information into the database, maintain supporter records, reconcile donations, and manage data imports. You’ll also process Gift Aid declarations and claims, handle direct debits and standing orders, and ensure GDPR compliance while delivering timely and empathetic support to supporters, volunteers and staff.

In this role, you'll ensure our supporters, volunteers and staff receive timely and effective support. You'll play a crucial part in maintaining our database and processing supporter donations, including direct debits, standing orders and bank payment files, with the utmost accuracy and adherence to GDPR policies.
Your main responsibilities will include entering new supporter information into the database, maintaining supporter records, reconciling donations and managing data imports. You'll also process Gift Aid declarations and claims, handle direct debits, standing orders and other payments, and maintain subscription schemes. Additionally, you'll assist in handling incoming mail, processing orders and addressing complaints and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
