Bible Society is seeking a part-time Supporter Experience Officer to join the Individual Giving team in Swindon. You will manage the supporter journey, delivering engaging experiences to build long-term loyalty, with a focus on retention and positive engagement.

Supporter Experience Officer

Working as part of the Individual Giving team, you will work strategically across the whole ‘supporter journey’. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional supporter journeys driving long-term loyalty.

Job details

Location: Hybrid – Swindon, with some flexibility to work from home

Hours: Part-time– 30 hours per week

Salary Range: Pro rata £26,550 - £27,313 per annum (FTE £33,188 pa - £34,141 pa)

About the role

The Supporter Experience Officer will be responsible for ensuring supporters have a fulfilling and enjoyable relationship with Bible Society. Working as part of the Individual Giving team, you will work strategically across the whole ‘supporter journey’. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional supporter journeys driving long-term loyalty.

You will have a demonstrable understanding of what drives and motivates Christian supporters, as well as a deep understanding of retention fundraising principles. Delighting supporters with positive ‘wow’ moments will be a core part of your remit.

Well-organised and self-motivated, you will be a strategic thinker and have proven experience in analysing and reporting on campaigns.
