About the Role:
As part of the Individual Giving Section (IGS) within our Fundraising Department, you'll work closely with the Assistant Head of Individual Giving to help grow our donor base and contribute to an annual fundraising target of £50 million in unrestricted income.
In this role, you’ll act as a direct marketing subject matter expert, leading cold recruitment campaigns and shaping new products and acquisition streams. You'll oversee the planning and delivery of multi-channel campaigns across both online and offline media, ensuring strategic focus and effectiveness. Additionally, you’ll manage a seven-figure expenditure budget and provide leadership through the line management of a Supporter Acquisition Officer or Executive.
