We are care ltd. is seeking compassionate care workers to support adults in their own homes, focusing on independence and well-being.

The role covers learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and behaviours that challenge, with both part-time and full-time hours, day and night shifts. Experience in UK care is a real plus; at least 6 months with a reference, right to work in the UK, and a DBS check or willingness to apply.

Formación

• At least 6 months of paid UK care experience, with a reference.
• Enhanced DBS, or willing to apply.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Supported living, learning disability or mental health experience is a real plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting adults to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
• Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and behaviours that challenge.
• Provide care across part-time and full-time hours, days and nights.
